Shipping

Orders will be processed within 3 days of placement and take approximately 3 – 5 business days to arrive for orders within Australia and 10 – 20 days for international.

Returns

We don’t offer exchanges or refunds, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

• this was the purpose for which the information was provided
• it is required or authorised by law
• it will prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to somebody’s life or health, or
• the disclosure is reasonably necessary for law enforcement or for the protection of public revenue.

If you choose to register as a New Dawn Publishing a subscriber to our newsletters, you must provide accurate and complete details and you are responsible for updating and maintaining personal information. We recommend that you do not select an obvious user password (such as your name) and that you change it regularly.
